in this case, sure, but frank's said shit like this before, which was actually aimed at women. like when he said that the woman on jersey shore deserved to be punched. i don't watch the show myself, but he's pretty much saying that she was asking for it, which is what a lot of men say in order to justify hitting their partners. i'm pretty sure that in that case, frank was supporting a women being hit, which i find disgusting.
