What's with the English subtitles?

I would die of happiness if Ray scored a movie. And the way he's always cuing everyone on stage, I'm pretty sure his secret ambition is to direct an orchestra.

The actual interview has no subtitles, but Youtube has a subtitle feature (the CC button down there). In this case you can have them in French or English ( choosing from the menu of that button),or just disable it by clicking on the CC button.
