I don't really like...would you call it videography? Everyone is somehow over-saturated and washed out at the same time and has yellow skin.

Is Frank saying he dislikes shows that break people down to their worst level? If so then I agree with him.

It seemed like the question was what were their favorite guilty pleasures shows, basically. Frank called it "the worst kind of TV that we like to watch." And so he was saying they really get into and enjoy those shows, although they were also laughing at themselves for it because they acknowledge that those shows are awful.
