Top 50 Albums of the ’00s
Okay, so this here is my list of the top 50 albums released this decade (and yes, this is the end of this decade, don’t even try to tell me that 2010 is actually the last year of the decade, because then you’re telling me that 2000 is the last of the ’90s, 1980 is the last of the ’70s, 1970 is the last of the ’60s, and so on. Just…just shut up, okay?).
Other people/sites have made big lists for this decade. I mean, Pitchfork’s has 200. A lot of the others I’ve seen have 100, or 150. Well, those guys? They’re all indecisive wusses. I’ve pared my list down to a mere 50. Sometimes it hurt. I had to cut albums I really like. But in the end, I think I’m a stronger person for it.
So, without further dudes, the list:
