I was wrong.
But I really love that they added the sound effects for the rayguns and stuff... and even more than that, when Frank turns around at the end and they're shooting at him, you can hear the glass break behind him. I like that. ♥

It's amazing and all the Party Poison part is even more painful. Gracie's scream, the noise of the lasers hitting the glass door around Fun Goul...Painful and amazing.

The longer cut of that entire scene seems to support that theory even more. His reaction sort of indicates he knows the person. He has enough time to gather himself and he wasn’t disarmed before Korse pinned him. They stared each other down for a few long moments even, he had plenty of time to save himself but it’s more like he chose not too.
